Robert Pattinson refused to do graphic sex scene

Hollywood heartthrob Robert Pattinson has admitted that he refused to do a sex scene while filming Cosmopolis.

The 26-year-old actor confessed that he felt uncomfortable with some of the instruction given by director David Cronenberg.

Pattinson, who plays businessman Eric Packer in the challenging drama based on the novel by Don Delillo, revealed that he could not film one of the scenes.

He told Metro France: "Five minutes before we filmed, David told me, 'I want to see the bottom of your balls on the top of the frame'.

"At the moment, I reminded myself that I would do anything for him.

"So I went back to see him and told him that wouldn't happen."

Robert said that Cronenberg was sympathetic.

He added: "He took it really well.

"At the start, it's a very bizarre scene that you won't see again in another movie, I promise."
