Woody Harrelson thinks 'Natural Born Killers' was a "turning point" in his career.

The 'Hunger Games' star - who played serial killer Mickey Knox in the 1994 movie - explained appearing in the film made him think he did not want to be "lazy" when it came to acting.

He said: "I think probably 'Natural Born Killers' was more the turning point, where I started getting into it more.

"Y'know since then, and since 'Larry Flynt', I've done just s**t work in stuff I don't even like to think about. But I think now I'm in a place where, if I'm gonna take on a role, I don't want to be lazy."

However, the actor admitted he thinks he is "lucky" to still be landing roles.

The 'Rampart' star added: "I feel too f***ing lucky. Y'know? I feel lucky to be doing this. I can't believe I'm still getting hired to do movies. So I don't want to look a gift horse in the mouth, or think of it as my right."
