Robert Pattinson has spoken out about the final scene he shot for Breaking Dawn and it sounds like it was the perfect way to bid farewell to the Twilight saga, which not only catapulted him to fame, but also introduced the Brit boy to the love of his life; co-star Kristen Stewart.
He told STV’s showbiz reporter Grant Lauchlan: “Me and Kristen did one more additional shot and that was in the Caribbean, doubling for Brazil, and that was amazing.
“It was on the beach and it was really warm, we didn’t really have to do anything.
“It was so dark aswell, so it didn’t really matter, cause I had lost any kind of muscle definition by that point as it was seven months since I had been to the gym!”
Following the general release of Breaking Dawn, on Friday November 18, Rob and Kristen have been spending some quality time together, away from all things Twilight.
The glamorous couple were spotted cosying up at a Laura Marling gig at London’s Soho house earlier this week.
Marling is said to hold a special place in their hearts as Rob took Kristen to see the musician perform three years ago, when they first started dating.
They have also managed to squeeze in a spot of house hunting in London, where they are said to be keen to have a base for UK projects and to be close to Robert’s family.
So what’s next for our favourite Twilight pair? Kristen will continue filming Snow White and the Huntsman but Robert isn’t sure what his next role will be.
He told Grant: “I did a move with David Cronenberg (Cosmopolis) and that’s coming out sometime the beginning of next year, but I hardly ever find scripts I like.
“I don’t like things that come out either. It’s an easy way to decide cause the two things I like a year, I do them.”
