Darren Aronofsky's 'Black Swan' is among the movies set to be shown at the London Film Festival.

The thriller - which stars Natalie Portman as a troubled ballet dancer - will be joined by films including 'The American' starring George Clooney and Mike Leigh's 'Another Year' in the final line-up, which includes 197 feature films and 112 short movies.

Artistic director of the 54th BFI London Film Festival, Sandra Hebron, said: "From the playful to the precise, the surreal to the stringently social-realist it's hard to recollect a year when the programme has been quite so diverse.

"Well known and highly regarded directors including Mike Leigh, Ken Loach, Catherine Breillat and Errol Morris sit alongside iconoclastic provocateurs Takashi Miike, Jean-Luc Godard and Gregg Araki."

Other films due to be shown include Tom Hooper's 'The King's Speech' starring Colin Firth and Helena Bonham-Carter and 'West Is West', the follow-up to 1999 movie 'East Is East'.

Screenings and events take place from October 13 to 28 in various cinemas across London.
