Daniel Radcliffe has denied rumours that he was set to strip for a nude scene in the next Harry Potter movie.
The 20-year-old has already bared all on stage in the acclaimed stage play Equus, showing off his adult physique to the delight of fans.
It was this week rumoured that Radcliffe would be going a step further, and shedding his clothes for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1.
Director David Yates had apparently told Italian magazine Sorrisi e Canzoni: "Daniel Radcliffe appears naked in one scene.
“In the view we see Harry and a woman embracing and kissing. It’s an intriguing scene and very sensual."
However, Radcliffe’s representative has since denied the reports, slamming the story as a "complete fabrication".
Radcliffe no longer socialises with the rest of the Harry Potter cast and crew because he wants to carve out a career as a respected actor.
He claimed: "I used to play a lot of pranks in the past but I want to be a more mature, serious actor now.
"I don't get involved with drinking or partying with the cast anymore."
