Favourite part of Edinburgh festivals : The buzz around the city during the festival and the fantastic range of things going on. Like a bit of comedy, catching a musical, seeing a band then ending it all with some scrummy food and drinks in the courtyard.
Most excited to see: Scott Mills the musical
Most memorable festival experience: Being the Wicked Witch of the West in a Fringe production when I was 17 and having to walk around a strange green colour for the entire week – very attractive!
Top festival tip: Make sure you see something different as you might just discover the next big thing. Oh and pac a mac – floral dresses are all very well but in true Scottish style, the weather is unpredictable. She says, speaking from bitter experience…
