Kevin Costner is reportedly to lead the tributes to Whitney Houston at the funeral service.
The 57-year-old actor played her leading man in the hit film The Bodyguard.
In the 1996 movie, Costner played an ex-secret service agent hired to protect a superstar from a stalker.
The film, which was Whitney's screen debut, made more than £300million at the box office.
The theme tune, Dolly Parton's I Will Always Love You, reached the top of the charts both in the UK and America.
The funeral service will also feature singing by Whitney's godmother Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder.
Houston's long-time friend Clive Davis will also make a speech
A source told the Daily Mirror: "Clive has been a complete rock for her family this entire time.
"He's been with her since the beginning and they're leaning on him for emotional support.
"He talks to them hourly, and has played a big part in planning her funeral. Clive has been a constant presence for them."
