It’s only three days since the Foo Fighters brought the curtain down on T in the Park 2011 in a blaze of fireworks and bagpipes - but already fans are snapping up for tickets for next year’s music extravaganza.
Earlybird tickets for T in the Park 2012 – 6th to the 8th of July – go on sale at 9am today with a limited number at this year’s prices. They are available from the official Ticketmaster website or by calling their ticket hotline.
A statement from the organisers promised 2012 - the festivals 19th year - will bring "the finest acts on the planet, world class musical performances, the biggest beats around and the most passionate music fans in the world together for the best weekend of the summer."
This year’s event was described by organiser Geoff Ellis as "the best yet" as artists such as Beyonce Swedish House Mafia and Pulp took Balado by storm.
Artists and campers were united in their praise for the annual event which also featured Welsh crooner Tom Jones.
